Thea's Editorial on Worldviews & Identity
Most of the articles I have here on my website have the theme of "identity". One particular piece is the article on the death of the Tibetan man.
This article has identity all over it.
The Tibetan man stood up for what he believed in and didn't back down. In my opinion I think he took things to the extreme but it was his way in showing this won't be tolerated. He stood up and had a voice over the Tibetan areas and how they should not be controlled by Chinese policies. He died in protest and he showed Tibetan idenitity. He protested for the all the Tibetans as a whole so they could achieve they goal they are trying to accomplish. Him protesting showed who he was, where he was from and what he believed in.
This article shows his worldviews on how he thinks he should live and his worldviews on how Tibetans should be in control of the way they live and the rules they have. It is his worldview on home and identity.
